I've been in the gym every day doing cardio first thing in the morning. Yesterday was my first day lifting weights. Since it's been a while I opted for a full body workout with dumbbells. One exercise per body part, 3 sets per exercise. Today I am sore! I love this feeling.
I'll stick with full body workouts for a while. In addition to the dumbbell one from yesterday I have approximately three others I'll cycle through: a cable workout, a barbell workout (lots of compound movements), and a bodyweight routine (chins, dips, pushup etc).
