You would think that the concept of a "free refill" when it comes to a soda is near ubiquitous but it turns out Landmarc on Broadway here in Tribeca seems to think it is OK to charge $4 for each and every glass you order. I'll never be going back there -- too bad too, I really enjoy their food.
